Cinque Terre - the place behind the name

Seeing as i'm currently knitting with Cinque Terre, the colour, how about a few photos of the place that inspired the name?

See those houses? They were a vision of colour - warm oranges, yellows, pastel greens and blues, all perched on the side of massive hills.

  2. I haven't yet made it to Cinque Terre, but imagine it to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. What does Cinque Terre yarn look like?

  3. @cafe chick - Cinque Terre is inspired by all the colours of the houses. It really is one of the most beautiful places i've been to.
If you go to knitsch.co.nz you'll find the colour under 'Knitsch Sock - lights', and there will be a post in the next few days of my finished sock, so keep an eye out.
